InvTweaks Bug! Be warned!

If you use the mod InvTweaks you may or may not encounter a terrible bug. I tried the mod out and upon attempting to use one of the buttons to sort my chest all the items in my inventory were deleted. Be warned!
Disclaimer: I don't remember having anything of value on my person.. I only remember a golden shovel, a stack of meat, and some other items.
